The\u00a0scope included the addition of a third cell to the existing cooling tower and associated\u00a0structural foundations, piping, and pumping systems both inside and outside of the\u00a0Central Energy Facility. Barnett Hall is a campus residence hall with approximately 36,000 SF and has 144 residence beds. The project included the demolition of the existing two-pipe HVAC system and replacement with a 4-pipe system with improved temperature and humidity control. The project also included replacing all of the single pane windows with thermal pane windows on all floors of the building. The facility was undergoing a\u00a0significant renovation which created\u00a0community space on each of the upper eight floors and included the required upgrades to the\u00a0lower two floors. In addition, electrical and IT upgrades were completed. This project included the installation\u00a0of a new cooling tower and piping,\u00a0along with associated structural and electrical work. Hicks Library\/Administration Building &#8211; Tri-County Technical College<\/h3><div class=\"textwidget\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peritus Engineers has participated in several projects at the Ruby S. Our scope has included a wide variety of services ranging from preparing\u00a0\u00a0 plans\/specifications\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0\u00a0 install\u00a0\u00a0 or\u00a0\u00a0 rerout\u00a0\u00a0 steam\u00a0\u00a0 piping\u00a0\u00a0 to\u00a0\u00a0 comprehensive\u00a0\u00a0 engineering\u00a0\u00a0 design services for\u00a0 HVAC and\u00a0 plumbing for\u00a0 multiple\u00a0 facilities.\u00a0\u00a0 Peritus\u00a0 has participated\u00a0 in new\u00a0 construction projects at Winthrop such as the DiGiorigo Campus Center and Owens Hall and has also participated in renovation projects such as the
